Planning services for the fundamental renovation of Stadionbad Hannover: The Stadionbad, a listed individual monument with approx. 1,400 m² of water surface and approx. 9,000 m² of usable area, requires comprehensive renovation due to structural damage (including glass facade, concrete damage, leaks) and outdated pool technology. The renovation includes returning large areas to shell construction state, adapting to contemporary standards, and functional changes for the sauna area, gastronomy, and summer changing rooms. A fire protection upgrade and improvements in occupational safety are also planned. The overall service as a general planner service (Lph 1-9) includes planning services for building construction (approx. 60%), technical equipment (electrical, sanitary, pool water technology, engineering structure, heating, ventilation, machine technology, building systems/ICT), outdoor facilities (approx. 5%), structural engineering (approx. 10%), and fire protection planning (approx. 2.5% for expertise). Further shares are allocated for KG 410, 470 (approx. 10%), KG 420, 430, 470, 480 (approx. 5%), KG 440 (approx. 5%), and KG 450 (approx. 2.5%). Commissioning will be phased, starting with Lph 1+2. Planning is scheduled to begin in early Q1 2027, with implementation targeted by mid-2032. The estimated total investment volume is approximately 75,000,000 € gross (KG 200-700).
