Planning services for the update of the land use plan 2045 for the Joint Administrative Association of Geislingen an der Steige, Bad Überkingen, and Kuchen: The planning area covers approximately 10,880 ha with approximately 37,100 inhabitants (as of September 30, 2025). The service includes basic services for work phases 1 to 3 according to § 18 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 2. Optional special services according to § 18 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 9 include the preparation of an environmental report according to § 2a BauGB, the review, update, and further processing of existing digitized planning documents, the conversion of planning documents into XPlanung format using the UTM coordinate system, and the creation of digital plan drawings in an AutoCAD-compatible format and XPlanung. A phased commissioning of the work phases is intended, with no entitlement to further commissioning. Detailed species protection assessments are not included.
