Planning Services for Building Permit and Execution Documentation for UK FTVS Campus Expansion

Project and architectural services for the expansion of the UK FTVS campus: Preparation of documentation for the building permit (DSP) according to the Building Act and spatial planning documentation, including all necessary surveys and measurements. Engineering services during the building permit process include coordination of the DSP and required expert opinions with authorities, and representation of the client in the building permit procedure. Preparation of documentation for construction execution (DPS) with unpriced and priced itemized budget, structured by building objects, according to Decree No. 169/2016 Sb. Project documentation will be prepared using the BIM method. Project design for sports facility technology for ice rink (cooling, air exchange, ice treatment) and indoor pool (pool technology, water management, equipment, water treatment, air exchange), technological circuits for sanitary installations, measurement and control technology, detailed balance of media requirements (heating, hot water, cooling), and project for existing LED lining. Project design for AV technology (camera technology, technical workstations, mobile TV and audio workstations, sound system for sports facilities, TV information system, LED cube, scoreboard, match AV equipment), acoustics project for sports facilities and public areas, and design of AV technology arrangement and audio equipment. Cooperation during the tender procedure for the construction contractor/interior equipment supplier, including explanation of tender documents (within 48 hours), preparation of expert opinions on objections (within 3 working days), and participation in the evaluation committee; further items as per the tender documents.
