Planning services for Anne Frank School, a four-stream primary school with approximately 5,818 m² gross floor area (incl. gym): structural extension by approx. 644 m² net usable area, safety-relevant upgrades to existing buildings, development of design and execution documents, implementation of an interim solution. New construction of a cafeteria with regeneration kitchen and ancillary rooms, creation of rooms for the all-day program (meeting and leisure area, library, care rooms, staff rooms, all-day coordination rooms, ancillary rooms). Review and re-arrangement of existing classrooms, specialized classrooms, and administration. Development of a concept for largely preserving and developing the existing building structure. Determination and documentation of renovation needs for existing buildings, likely fire protection upgrades, possibly interior renovation and renewal of building services. Inspection of roof conditions. Creation of required structural (second) escape routes and formation of fire compartments/usage units. Barrier-free accessibility of the overall building, especially all-day rooms and communal areas. Planning areas include an overall concept for the school site with expansion and potential renovation, and a temporary container facility for school relocation. Commissioning is phased, initially services for Phase I: LP 1 (100%) and LP 2 (100%). further items as per the tender documents.
