Services to be provided using BIM methodology according to Employer Information Requirements (AIA) and BIM Execution Plan (BAP). The bridge on Sodinger Straße in Herne crosses the Landwehrbach at km 2.69, built in the early 20th century. The structure comprises two adjacent culverts, a dry weather channel, and a flood overflow. Culvert length 43.4 m. Dry weather channel as a spun concrete pipe with 1.4 m diameter. Flood overflow as a 5.5 m wide rectangular cross-section. The bridge was inspected in 2023, receiving a condition rating of 3.4, and is to be completely renewed.
