Planning services for the Szinva Green Corridor: Preparation of architectural-technical documentation according to Government Decree 281/2024 (IX. 30.) and compliance with the requirements of Government Decree 191/2009 (IX.15.) and the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers for execution plans. This includes conducting a climate resilience assessment, applying the DNSH principle (EU 2020/852 Article 9), implementing the water retention principle (Government Decree 147/2010), and presenting the method for preserving biological activity. Furthermore, accessibility requirements according to eÚT 03.05.12 and universal design principles must be met, visibility elements and logos integrated according to the Széchenyi Plan Plus Corporate Identity Manual and KTK Plusz guidelines, and environmental-ecological, water management, landscape architectural, and transport aspects (vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic) comprehensively considered. MSZ 12042:2023 (Tree protection on construction sites) and MSZ 12172:2019 (Planting of ornamental trees and shrubs) standards must be observed, tree planting for shading pedestrian and bicycle paths planned, native plant species used, invasive species excluded, and near-natural habitats created. Consultation with the Bükk National Park Directorate (BNPI) regarding stream revitalization and green infrastructure is required. Technical plans for cycling facilities must be prepared according to e-UT 03.04.13:2019 and reviewed by the Plan Jury of the Prime Minister's Office Active Mobility Department. A road safety audit according to Government Decree 133/2022 is necessary for cyclist-friendly developments. Design data for cycling facilities must be provided to the Cycle Path Registration System (KeNyi), and information and direction signs as well as cycling route signage systems planned according to e-UT 03.04.13:2019 8.4. For playground development, at least one shaded area and water access must be provided. A detailed tree survey and cadastre must be prepared, and interventions for the protection of existing vegetation (tree care, tree protection, root protection) planned in compliance with MSZ 12042:2019 and MSZ 12172:2019. Public lighting in green areas must be designed exclusively light pollution-free. A preliminary heritage protection authority inquiry must be conducted, its results documented, and, if necessary, the costs and schedule for preventive archaeological excavation integrated into the plan; further items as per the tender documents.
