Planning services for the construction, expansion, and reconstruction of the communication system of Sportowa and Rekreacyjna streets in Jastrzębie-Zdrój: Design of the expansion of municipal road ul. Sportowa over a length of approx. 600m as a single-carriageway, two-lane road with a lane width of 2.25m, bituminous surface, and unpaved/reinforced shoulders of 0.75m and paved concrete/bituminous shoulders of 1.0m width, including allowed local narrowing and improvement of intersection parameters at the intersections with ul. Niepodległości and ul. Spółdzielcza; construction and reconstruction of ul. Rekreacyjna as a class "D" municipal road with the construction of the intersection ul. Rekreacyjna/ul. Niepodległości; reconstruction of existing driveways and access paths; reconstruction of the lighting network; construction of a rainwater drainage (KD) network with connection of existing properties; construction of a technological duct; reconstruction and securing of conflicting underground, ground, and overhead utility networks; property divisions; permanent traffic organization including traffic calming elements; consideration of planned intersections, driveways, and access paths for project concept approval; preparation of all necessary documentation and obtaining all decisions, approvals, and opinions, including excerpts from the local spatial development plan and land registry, maps for design purposes, technical conditions for the reconstruction or securing of conflicting utility networks, opinions from the OUG on design conditions in mining-affected areas, geological-engineering documentation, water law reports and permits, environmental impact assessments and decisions, dendrological inventories, tree felling and replacement planting plans, and waivers from technical-building regulations; further items as per the tender documents.
