Design Services for the Extension of the SILOE Wastewater Treatment Plant in Annecy
Design services for the extension of the SILOE wastewater treatment plant (currently 234,000 PE): consideration of water body protection in the context of reduced low flow, future treatment capacity needs by 2035 with evolution for 2050, analysis of new discharge standards according to DERU II, and an overall vision for 2050 (AVP level). The first phase (S2) involves the creation of a new depollution unit on neighboring plots of the existing plant (S1) to treat effluents by 2035/2050. This extension includes the construction of S2 treatment infrastructure, a New Operations Building (NBE), and the integration of S2 constraints related to the SILOE S3 extension (Phase 2). The designer must plan locations for Phase 2 installations, integrate Phase 2 loads into Phase 1 structures, and design a station with a hydraulic profile capable of accepting new treatment steps. A global vision is required for phasing the treatment infrastructure and coordinating the construction of the NBE with the implementation of treatment infrastructure. The contract includes basic missions (EP, AVP, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET/OPC, AOR) and complementary missions as listed in the tender documents.
