Design services for a new multifunctional building at the Oostende Local Police training site: The building will be constructed on the existing training site (shooting range, 3 training domes, dog kennel), with the previous structure already demolished. The main building has a footprint of 13.5 m x 32.5 m, supplemented by a side carport area of 7 m x 32.5 m. It will feature 3 floors (ground floor and two upper floors) within the specified building zone and area. The building must include various zones: a GPI 48 zone with canteen and meeting room for all users, a GPI 81 zone for 30 SAU members with changing rooms, storage, and briefing rooms, an office zone for 3 departments (management, weapons, SAU editorial), a fitness room, a server room, and a carport. The design must consider future needs and provide flexible spaces. The estimated budget is 3,900,000.00 EUR excl. VAT.
