Planning services for engineering structures in broadband expansion grey areas

Planning services for subsidized gigabit broadband expansion in grey areas: planning of a passive FTTB network infrastructure for 3,579 addresses, including 3,257 residential buildings and 322 commercially used properties. The services, in accordance with § 43 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 12 No. 12.2 (engineering structures/telecommunications facilities), cover service phases 1 to 9, specifically basic evaluation, preliminary design, approval planning, detailed design, preparation for procurement and assistance with awarding, object supervision and support, as well as assistance with funding law. The procurement process is a negotiated procedure with a call for competition according to VgV. Applications for participation must include at least one suitable reference for comparable planning services and the required self-declarations.
