Planning services for infrastructure development in Nyíregyháza as part of the project "Development of inner-city roads in Nyíregyháza, Phase IV": preparation of approval and execution plans, designer supervision tasks (5 occasions), professional support for public procurement procedures for related construction works. This includes the complete planning of residential streets in the area bounded by Hajdú and Szalag streets (excluding Angyal and Thököly streets), including the review of residential streets and the planning of their transformation, as well as the planning of utility relocations and rainwater drainage related to road construction. Preparation of approval-level and execution-level plans, plan supplements, and the fulfillment of any requests for additional information. Furthermore, priced and unpriced budget specifications, along with related documentation, work packages, and specialist plans, must be prepared, together with all tasks necessary for project feasibility. Related tasks include the preparation of documentation concerning the preservation of biological activity and the execution of designer supervision tasks.
