Planning services for infrastructure development in Nyíregyháza within the project „Belterületi utak fejlesztése Nyíregyházán XII. ütem“ (TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-NY1-2025-00010): Preparation of permit and execution plans, performance of designer supervision tasks (5 occasions), professional support for public procurement procedures related to construction works. Comprehensive planning for the renovation of existing residential streets in Nyíregyháza (Alkotmány u. (between Nádor u. - Rózsa u.), Csillag u., Kéz u., Róka u. (between Nádor u. - Rózsa u.), Rózsa utca): review and redesign of residential streets, standardization and renovation of pedestrian areas, planning of utility relocations and rainwater drainage related to road construction. This also includes the preparation of plan supplements, fulfillment of any requests for additional information, and preparation of documentation for the preservation of biological activity. The planning area covers approx. 1,685 linear meters. Execution must comply with the requirements of the TOP_PLUSZ grant call.
