Services include building planning according to § 34 HOAI (service phases 1-9), specialist planning for technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI (service phases 1-9, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8), and structural engineering planning according to § 51 HOAI including building physics services (thermal insulation and energy balancing according to GEG) in service phases 1-6 or 7. Planning considers monument protection, accessibility, fire protection, the Building Energy Act (GEG), and the funding procedure according to BbgRZBau.
