Design services for the Moreni bypass road: Preparation of technical documentation for the building permit, organization of execution works, and the technical execution project. This includes technical assistance from the designer. The planned road has a total length of 13,568.28 km, comprising 7,770.30 km for the Moreni bypass and 5,797.98 km for the connection to DN72. The estimated value for the design services is 3,932,866.92 Lei (excl. VAT), broken down into 3,052,389.10 Lei for the technical project and execution details, 610,477.82 Lei for technical assistance from the designer, and 270,000 Lei for the technical quality verification of the project. The duration for providing design services (technical project and execution details) is 8 months from the start order. Technical assistance from the designer will be provided throughout the construction period until the final acceptance of the works.
