Planning Services for Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary Installations for Social Housing Project Alice-Salomon-Straße 1

Planning services for technical equipment heating, ventilation, sanitary installations according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 53 ff. for the new construction of a four-story social housing project with 29 residential units for approximately 60 people at Alice-Salomon-Straße 1 in Freiburg. The building comprises three full stories and one attic story with approximately 1,600 m² of living space, divided into 19 micro-apartments (four of which are barrier-free), one unit for social care, four two-room apartments, and six large apartments. The services include the conception of a heat generation concept and sustainable energy concepts (e.g., PV system). Initially, service phases 1 to 3 will be commissioned; service phases 4 to 9 are intended to be commissioned in stages, without a legal claim to the transfer. The procedure is a two-stage negotiated procedure.
