Technical Equipment Planning Services for Dom-Pedro-Platz Primary School

Technical Equipment Planning Services: Plant groups 4, 5, 6, and 8 according to § 53 ff. HOAI, service phases 2-3, 5-6, and 8-9 for the renovation and expansion of the primary school at Dom-Pedro-Platz 2, 80637 Munich. The project includes the general refurbishment and expansion into a full-day 4-stream primary school according to the standard room program. The listed building (solid construction, 1899/1900) is under ensemble protection and consists of a ground floor on the raised ground floor, two upper floors, a partially converted attic, and a basement floor in the semi-basement. The school is currently organized as a 5 ½-stream school and includes an after-school care area, a sports hall in the attic, a gymnastics room on the 1st upper floor, and a THV apartment. Break areas are on the school's property, outdoor sports areas on parcel 546/2. Conceptual weaknesses in fire protection in classrooms and classic building trades must be rectified in coordination with the fire department. The new building is preferably to be constructed in timber-hybrid design, considering sustainability aspects, energy standards, regenerative energy concepts, renewable raw materials, and recyclability to achieve climate neutrality by 2035. The primary school is designed for an estimated 400 students and an estimated 331 meal participants in two shifts. The existing gross floor area (BGF) is approx. 9,800 m², the new construction BGF is approx. 1,250 m².
