The new building is preferably to be constructed in timber-hybrid design, considering sustainability aspects, energy standards, regenerative energy concepts, renewable raw materials, and recyclability to achieve climate neutrality by 2035. The primary school is designed for an estimated 400 students and an estimated 331 meal participants in two shifts. The existing gross floor area (BGF) is approx. 9,800 m², the new construction BGF is approx. 1,250 m².
