Technical Equipment Planning Services for Hanselmannstraße / Schleißheimer Straße School Center

Technical equipment planning: Services according to § 53 ff HOAI LPH 2-9, ALG 7, and kitchen planning for the Hanselmannstraße / Schleißheimer Straße school center on an approximately 15,000 m² site. The site includes a 4-stream primary school (Hanselmannstr. 45) with 16 classrooms and 4 after-school care groups, a mobile room unit (Hanselmannstr. 44) with 6 classrooms and a canteen, a 4-stream middle school (Schleißheimer Str. 275) with 21 classrooms and specialized teaching rooms, a children's house (Schleißheimer Str. 279) with four kindergarten groups and an operating license for 100 children, as well as a high-rise bunker (Schleißheimer Str. 281) as a listed building. Also present are a single sports hall (built 2003) at the primary school, a single sports hall (built approx. 1960) at the middle school, an all-weather pitch of approx. 27x28m, and a running track of approx. 70m. Two variants for the restructuring of the school campus are being investigated: Variant 1 (replacement new build) involves the demolition of the entire existing building stock in two construction phases and replacement with new buildings, starting with the middle school, expansion areas for the primary school and canteen, followed by the sports hall and children's house. Variant 2 (existing building retention) includes the retention of the T-shaped building of the middle school, the new construction of the sports hall and children's house (with expansion areas for the primary school) as well as the expansion building of the middle school and canteen in the first construction phase, followed by pollutant remediation, renovation, and upgrading of the T-shaped building in the second construction phase. Variant 1 is preferred, but the decision is still pending. The kitchen planning primarily concerns a new build for a common canteen for both schools, the size of which results from the addition of the areas for primary school and middle school.
