Planning Services for Technical Equipment for the Conversion of the Town Hall into a Neighborhood House
Planning services for technical equipment according to §§ 53 HOAI, ALG 1-8: Basic services include service phases 1-3; service phases 4-9 are optionally commissionable. Optional special services comprise defect rectification within the limitation period, quality assurance during the construction phase, preparation and updating of the technical part of room books for service phase 3 and service phases 5 to 8, preparation and updating of a detailed cost calculation in service phases 2 and 3 according to HOAI, participation in the preparation of a fire protection matrix, inventory, creation of a TGA sampling catalog, tender drawings, incorporation of specifications and/or changes from the BOA, updating of execution plans to as-built status, detailed price review according to VOB and the Bremen Loyalty and Procurement Act, and further special services in all service phases of technical equipment as an optional commission.
