Planning services for technical equipment: Plant groups 1-5 + 8 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, service phases 5-9, for the fire protection upgrade and accessibility expansion of the Walzbachhalle and Walzbachbad in Weingarten. Measures include the implementation of an approved fire protection concept and barrier-free conversions, such as the renewal of a revolving door with drive at the main entrance, the installation of a barrier-free elevator between the ground floor and basement, and the creation of a new barrier-free changing room with shower and WC in the swimming hall. Estimated construction costs are KG 300: 1,217,559.81 € gross and KG 400: 1,785,000.00 € gross. Planning is to start in January 2027, fire protection renovation to be completed by the end of 2027, and barrier-free conversion by July 31, 2028.
