Planning Services Technical Equipment (ELT) for Eichendorffschule (Demolition of Administration Building and Extension)

Planning Services Technical Equipment (ELT): Phases 2, 3, 5-9 according to § 55 ff HOAI for the demolition of an administration building and the extension of Eichendorffschule for after-school care. Electrical power system (system group 440): supply of the entire school from a newly constructed low-voltage main distribution (NSHV), cost planning for the electrical power system including all necessary components, dimensioning of cable and conduit routes, network calculation including a detailed material list for NSHV and sub-distributions. When designing the NSHV and sub-distributions, short cable lengths for final circuits and fire protection aspects must be considered. Planning of energy-efficient lighting systems with lighting control for all rooms and sections. Safety lighting as a single and central battery system. Electrical connections for classrooms, WCs, kitchens. Internal and external overvoltage protection and lightning protection system according to the fire protection concept. Telecommunications technology (system group 450): planning of a building alarm system with comprehensive alarming (including connection to existing central unit) for internal alarming in case of danger. Structured network cabling in copper and fiber optic technology, preparation for the installation of owner-provided WLAN access points for comprehensive coverage and connection options for classrooms. Loudspeaker system with call stations for announcements and break signals (including connection to existing central unit).
