Planning services according to § 55 HOAI for Technical Equipment (HLS), service phases 2-9: Drinking water supply as a cold water system with flushing devices to ensure drinking water hygiene; decentralized hot water supply (e.g., first aid room/kitchen) via instantaneous water heaters or fresh water stations. Drainage with pipes inside and outside the building, connection to a new sewer connection, and rainwater drainage via an underground soakaway. Sanitary objects include WCs with actuation plates, urinals, and washbasins with sensor-controlled fittings; temporary facilities for school use during construction must be planned, as existing sanitary facilities are in a building section to be demolished. Heating with static heating surfaces to cover the transmission heat demand; the old gas boiler in the existing basement must be dismantled, a heating concept considering the Building Energy Act must be developed, district heating is not available. Ventilation with mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation for classrooms and common rooms, ventilation unit to be installed on the roof if possible, zoning to be planned; internal rooms and WC rooms will receive energy-efficient individual room ventilators, alternative ventilation concepts can be proposed. Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology with individual room control for all group, office, meeting, and other common rooms with regular occupancy, including individual room controllers and window contacts; the building management system (BMS) is to be designed in a simple, central, and easily operable manner, room controllers are to be networked for central control. The planning of building automation is only to include decentralized control technology (stand-alone room thermostats); a classic setup with field, automation, and management levels is not part of the building automation planning.
