Planning Services Technical Building Equipment for New Fire Station Altmark, Letzlingen Barracks

Planning services for technical building equipment according to § 54 HOAI and RBBau (status 2021): preparation of EW – Bau (service phases 3-4) for the construction of a main fire station at Letzlingen Barracks, GefÜbZH Altmark. The contract will be awarded in stages, with an optional commissioning of further service phases. The building is to be constructed as a nearly zero-energy building (EffizienzgebäudeBund 40) with a usable area of approximately 1,200 m² on a vacant plot. The construction period is approximately 24 months, with estimated total construction costs (including proportionate ancillary construction costs) of approximately 8,700,000 Euros. The project includes plant group 1 (wastewater, water, or gas systems, fee zone II), plant group 2 (heating systems, fee zone II), plant group 3 (ventilation systems, fee zone III), plant group 4 (heavy current systems, fee zone II), plant group 5 (telecommunication systems, fee zone II), plant group 7 (usage-specific and process engineering systems, fee zone III), and plant group 8 (building automation, fee zone III). The construction project is classified as a BIM measure, requiring the implementation of the BIM methodology and the application of BIM Masterplan Level III.
