Refurbishment of Filter Belt Aerosol Monitor EH

Retrofitting of an aerosol and gas monitor for exhaust air measurement in the area of the southeast corner of the technical basement of the experimental hall (EH) of the GSI in Darmstadt. The measure includes the planning, design calculation, manufacturing and delivery of sampling nozzles as well as stainless steel sampling and return pipelines according to ISO 2889 from the air duct to the measuring system. The assembly and installation of the delivered components will be carried out by the client. The main trade is in the area of HVAC systems, specifically ventilation systems.

Process Management Tool for GSI and FAIR

Procurement and provision of a web-based cloud solution for a process management tool as Software as a Service (SaaS) for the modelling, documentation, analysis and optimisation of business processes for GSI and FAIR. The solution serves as a central platform for process management, process governance and process communication and must include, among other things, flowcharts (FLOW), value chain diagrams (WKD) as well as an interface to SAP Solution Manager Version 7.2 or its successor system. The quantity structure includes licenses for 500 employees (basic access rights for reading and commenting), 5 administrators, 6 key users with full access and 100 approvers/reviewers. The contract term is designed for 6 years (usage phase from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2032) after an approx. 3-month implementation phase.
