General Contractor Services for the Environmental Modernization of the TATRA METALURGIE a.s. Forge

Environmental modernization of the TATRA METALURGIE a.s. forge: Replacement of production lines and associated operational equipment with new technologies to meet current ecological and technical standards. The service includes a technological and functional reconstruction primarily within the existing forge building, encompassing construction modifications for the installation of modern production equipment. This involves comprehensive supplies, construction works, technological components, and related services for the following operational units and construction objects: blasting equipment (PS 10.400), forging grinding station (PS 11.000), circular saws (PS 12.100), machining centers (PS 13.100), 3D scanner workstation (PS 13.200), operational high-current distribution, electrical installation, and lighting (PS 15.000), piping systems (PS 16.000), low-current distribution (PS 17.000), site preparation and dismantling of existing equipment (PS 20), and construction modifications (SO 10). Also included is the preparation of the necessary project documentation and all related supplies, services, and construction works required for the proper and complete execution and commissioning of all equipment. The project is co-financed by the EU's Operational Programme Environment 2021-2027.

Traffic infrastructure planning for service phases 3 according to HOAI: creation of barrier-free access, extension and elevation of platforms at the four stops Am Münchner Tor, Anni-Albers-Straße, and Domagkstraße; rearrangement of waiting shelters; addition of tactile paving and railings; connection to existing structures or new ramps and angle elements for embankment support.
