Framework agreements for home health services: district nursing and personal assistance in the form of practical help for individuals with relevant decisions in Oslo. Home nursing care is provided either by spot day, evening, and/or night, or as a stationary service throughout or parts of the day. The services are covered by a user choice scheme, allowing users to select between municipal and private service providers. The aim is to conclude framework agreements with private suppliers to ensure adapted services and functional user choices, providing equal services to all users and creating long-term predictability for users, districts, and suppliers.
