Development of a Post-Quantum Administrative PKI Appliance

Development of an appliance for issuing and managing X.509 certificates based on post-quantum procedures for the administrative PKI. The appliance includes a functional system with certificate management software and a hardware security module for cryptographic services. The X.509 certificates comply with current standards/draft standards. The documentation to be created must meet the requirements for an approval process; the approval process itself is not part of the project. Additionally, an analysis of CA processes and applications used in the PKI is to be performed. The migration of downstream applications such as email clients is not part of this project.

Test Requirements for LLM-based Agentic AI (PRAKI)

As part of project 1000 'PRAKI', the BSI is tendering for the creation of a scientific study and the development of test criteria as well as best practices for LLM-based agentic artificial intelligence (Agentic AI) and multi-agent systems. The services include the collection of use cases, risk analyses, exemplary security-related testing with stakeholders, and generalization into a general test catalog (including in machine-readable OSCAL format). The personnel to be deployed must demonstrate in-depth expertise in AI security (e.g., prompt injections, jailbreaks, adversarial training, sandboxing) and technical AI testing. The scope of services comprises a service and call-off contingent of a total of 480 person-days (PT) distributed across work packages 2 to 8, as well as fixed prices for work packages 1 and 9, with a maximum contract duration of 18 calendar months.
