Design and Construction of S12 Expressway: Wieniawa (excl. interchange) - Radom Południe (incl. interchange) Section

Notice title: Projekt i budowa drogi ekspresowej S12 odcinek węzeł Wieniawa (bez węzła) - węzeł Radom Południe (z węzłem)

Design and construction of the S12 expressway section from approximately km 29+107 (Wieniawa, excluding interchange) to approximately km 1+080 (Radom Południe, including interchange), with a cross-section of 2 carriageways, two lanes, and an emergency lane. This includes: preparation of design, technical, and as-built documentation; obtaining all legally required opinions, agreements, permits, administrative decisions, and occupancy permits; construction of the expressway; reconstruction of existing roads and construction of new roads to restore disrupted connections and provide access to properties; infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists; emergency crossings, entrances, and exits to the motorway; technological lanes; engineering structures along the expressway and intersecting roads; a comprehensive drainage system (road ditches, storm sewers, pre-treatment devices, retention tanks); environmental protection devices (acoustic barriers, animal crossings, ecological culverts with protective/guiding fences, motorway fences, greenery, anti-glare screens); infrastructure for motorway facilities (power and lighting networks, water supply networks, wastewater treatment networks and devices, storm sewers with pre-treatment devices); reconstruction of conflicting underground and overhead infrastructure (telecommunication and power devices, water supply networks, storm and wastewater sewers, gas networks, land improvement and hydrological devices); demolition of objects conflicting with the investment (residential, farm, and livestock buildings, accompanying infrastructure, existing surfaces like carriageways and sidewalks); a telecommunication network for the contracting authority; road lighting; traffic organization (including road safety devices and temporary arrangements); a Traffic Management System; cleaning and unblocking existing land improvement devices; all works necessary to connect the section to the existing communication system, including the Radom Południe interchange with the existing S7 expressway and a provincial road; ground reinforcement and ensuring stability of excavation and embankment slopes; and any other necessary works. The contractor must personally perform key tasks, specifically the main route pavement, including production and installation, and other pavement layers above natural or embankment ground, excluding material supply and services. Estimated value: above 20,000,000 EUR.
