Road Junction Construction at the Intersection of DK81 and DW944 in Skoczów

Notice title: Budowa węzła drogowego na skrzyżowaniu drogi krajowej DK81 z drogą wojewódzką DW944 – ul. Bielska w Skoczowie.

Construction of a road junction at the existing intersection of national road DK81 with provincial road DW944 (Bielska Street in Skoczów), including the removal of conflicts with non-road technical infrastructure. The services include road works such as the expansion of national road DK81 (GP2x2 class from km 61+118 to km 62+424) and provincial road DW944 (G1x2 class from km 9+270.98 to km 9+472.98), the construction of a diamond-type road junction with grade separation along DK81, the construction of entry and exit ramps, the expansion of municipal roads DG 430106S (ul. Potok) and DG 430056S (ul. Fabryczna) (both D class), the reconstruction of municipal road DG 430074S (ul. Wiślańska) (L class), the construction of new sections of municipal roads, the construction and reconstruction of sidewalks and pedestrian-bicycle paths, the construction of a medium-sized roundabout at the junction of DW944 with DK81 ramps, the construction of standard intersections for district road DP 2616S (ul. Stalmacha) (Z class) with new municipal road no. 2 (section A) (L class) and between sections A (L class) and B (D class) of new municipal road no. 2, and the construction of a channelized intersection for right turns of ramp Ł2 of the junction along DK81 (GP class) with municipal road no. 430056S (ul. Fabryczna) (D class), equipped with deceleration and acceleration lanes. Also included is the reconstruction (demolition and construction) and new construction of property access roads. Technical road equipment involves the construction of drainage and water discharge systems (surface drainage, road storm sewer system), the construction of a street lighting system with power supply, the construction of facilities and equipment for road users such as turning areas, pedestrian crossings, and bicycle crossings, the construction of road technical devices such as protective barriers and balustrades, the necessary felling of trees and shrubs, and the reconstruction (demolition and construction) and new construction of fencing. Bridge works include the construction of engineering structures: viaducts WD.1 (DK81, km 61+777.35 over DW944, left and right carriageway), bridges WD.2L (DK81, km 62+140.42 over Bładnica), WD.2P (DK81, km 62+153.74 over Bładnica), WD.3 (ramp Ł.2 DK81, km 62+170.54 over Bładnica), underpasses PP.1 (under DK81, km 61+899.20), PP.2 (under DW944, km 61+840.50), culvert P.1 (under DK81, km 61+533.96), and retaining structures KO.1 to KO.6. Also included is the demolition of conflicting engineering structures: bridges ID.1.L and ID.1.P (DK81 over Bładnica), bridge ID.2 (DG 430074S over Bładnica), an underpass under DK81, and the existing culvert ID.4 (DK81, km 61+528.14). Environmental protection measures include the construction of acoustic screens and green area development within the designed road right-of-way. Technical infrastructure in the road right-of-way not related to the road involves the protection and reconstruction (demolition and construction) of power grids (low and medium voltage), telecommunication networks, water supply networks, gas networks (low, medium, and high pressure), and storm sewer systems (non-road related). The contract will be executed based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction and Engineering Works (Polish edition 2019, translation of the second English edition 2017 with errata). The estimated contract value is above 20,000,000.00 Euro. The contractor must personally perform key concrete bridge works, excluding piling, specialized foundation techniques, the production of prefabricated elements, finishing works, and the supply of materials and services.
