Project and cost documentation for the design of courtyard areas in Wrocław: The service comprises two stages. Stage I concerns the areas of Nowowiejska, Jedności Narodowej, Daszyńskiego, Żeromskiego (plot numbers: 34, 38, 39/4, 47/3, 47/4, 48/2, 56/4, and 57 AM 11 Plac Grunwaldzki district). Stage II covers the areas of Nowowiejska, Jedności Narodowej, Daszyńskiego, Żeromskiego (plot numbers: 33/2, 34, 39/4, 40/1, AM 11 Plac Grunwaldzki district). For each stage, the scope includes the preparation and submission of project and cost documentation with necessary approvals, obtaining and submitting the building permit from the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the City of Wrocław (WAiZ UM) including confirmation of the application for a finality certificate or obtaining a certificate of no objection to construction works according to Art. 30 para. 5aa of the Building Law, and performing author's supervision during the construction works and landscaping based on the prepared documentation.
