Renovation of a multi-family residential building: Reconstruction and repair of the building, including staircase renovation, front facade renovation with restoration of architectural details, insulation of the rear facade and the annex facade, ceiling renovation with reinforcement and fire protection measures, repair of existing structural elements such as walls and existing lintels, insulation of the ceiling above the top floor, insulation of attic walls, replacement of worn-out window and door joinery and renovation of original joinery, basement renovation with vertical and horizontal damp-proofing insulation, roof truss renovation (replacement of all structural elements) and roof covering, including re-bricking of chimneys and execution of sheet metal work, separation and adaptation of a room for a heating node, renovation of the annex building, renovation of commercial premises, change in the structure of existing residential units, including the separation of sanitary facilities, ensuring proper ventilation in the building, renovation of chimney flues, construction of an elevator shaft with installation of a passenger elevator adapted for disabled persons, dismantling of the gas installation, installation of cold water, domestic hot water, and circulation systems, installation of sanitary sewage system, installation of central heating system supplied from the heating node, installation of electrical systems including energy distribution in the building (main supply lines, fire-fighting power switch, main building distribution board, administrative board with electricity metering, meter board for the service and residential parts of the building), general and emergency lighting installation, internal electrical installations, shock protection installation, local and main equipotential bonding installation, building telecommunication installation, intercom installation, RTV antenna installation, staircase smoke extraction installation, lightning protection and earthing installation for the building. Additionally, the production, delivery, and installation of an "information board for residents" will be carried out within 7 days from the handover of the construction site by the client, according to the instructions for contractors "Principles of investment marking regarding information for residents".
