Project Documentation and Design Supervision for School Extension, Phase 1

Creation of a detailed existing condition survey, project documentation, and design supervision for Phase 1 of the extension of Belokranjskega odreda Semič Primary School: includes project documentation for obtaining project and other conditions (DPP), for obtaining opinions and building permits (DGD), for construction execution (PZI) including bill of quantities for construction and installation works and designer's estimate, and for executed works (PID); also includes design supervision during construction, participation in operational meetings, and technical inspection. Phase 1 of the school renovation involves the construction of a new extension, an additional storey on the existing first extension, reorganization of spaces in the existing building, and landscaping of outdoor areas adjacent to the new building.
