Project documentation for 'Promenáda Dr. Martínka': Preparation of project documentation at the permit level (DPZ) and construction execution level (DPS). The aim is to modify the area between Dr. Martínka, Kašparova, and Fr. Hajdy streets to serve as a promenade and a meeting square. The promenade is to be lined with a tree avenue, featuring adjacent paved and unpaved areas, a gazebo, a fountain, and public greenery. Documentation will be prepared separately for the areas named 'U Lidlu', 'U Venuše', and 'Prostor promenády'. Solutions for potential modifications to access roads or adjacent plots, and their connection to the main project, are also to be included. The project documentation must incorporate elements of blue-green infrastructure, considering potential grant calls. An architectural study from 06/2024 by Ing. Václav Zikmunda V&V Projekční a inženýrská činnost s.r.o. serves as inspiration.
