Project documentation services for the reconstruction of Čechova Street, fragments 1 and 3: preparation of project documentation for the building permit and for construction execution, including a bill of quantities for construction works, supplies, and services. This also includes engineering activities, assistance in selecting the construction contractor, and designer's supervision (author's supervision). The services are based on the Čechova Street study and must be coordinated with the project documentation for fragment 2 of the Čechova Street reconstruction.
