Project Management Assistance and Programming for a Central Kitchen (36,000 meals/day)

Project management assistance (AMO) and programming: for the design and realization of a central kitchen intended to produce approximately 36,000 meals per day for schoolchildren and seniors in Toulouse. This operation is part of a global design-build contract (conception-réalisation) in accordance with Article L.2171-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The mission includes defining functional and technical needs, analyzing site and operational constraints, developing programmatic documents for the design-build consultation, assisting the contracting authority in the award of the design-build contract, advising on regulatory issues, ensuring project compliance control, supporting the contracting authority for equipment commissioning, monitoring the Perfect Completion Guarantee (GPA), and settling contracts. The contractor is subject to a general duty of advice and alert throughout the contract duration. The successful bidder or member of the successful bidding group for this contract may not, under any circumstances, be a candidate for the subsequent design-build contract concerning the central kitchen project. Services are paid at fixed prices.
