Project Management for the Renovation of HUS Women's Clinic B-part

Project management services for the basic renovation of the HUS Women's Clinic B-part: The renovation covers the B-part of the Women's Clinic main building, constructed in 1934, listed as sr-2, from the tunnel floor to the roof, with a total area of approx. 8,661 brm². The aim is to rectify indoor air quality issues and modernize the premises to meet the requirements of specialized medical care. Additionally, a connecting corridor between parts C and L, a new elevator, and a roof elevation for ventilation machine rooms will be constructed. The project management contractor's tasks include the development and implementation phases. The development phase (12/2026–03/2027) involves detailed planning, budget, and schedule definition. The implementation phase is scheduled for 03/2027–05/2029. The project will be carried out in an active hospital environment, requiring consideration of operational continuity, patient and personnel safety, and high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
