Project management assistance for asbestos and lead management: This service is not to be considered as project management, asbestos diagnostician, or technical control according to the Spinetta law of January 4, 1978. It includes a firm phase (studies) and an optional phase (works) for the rehabilitation and residentialization of 184 collective dwellings at Résidence Planche Epinoy in CROIX. Services cover 11 areas defined in the AE-CCP. The provisional contract duration is 36 months, with a provisional start of services in October 2026. The provisional start of works is Q1 2028, with an estimated works budget of 11,209,000 euros net. Works will be carried out in an occupied environment. The contract is awarded at a global and fixed, revisable price.
