Project management services for CampusHafenCity: construction-accompanying quality assurance controlling including defect management, review of execution planning against contractual requirements, and technical and contractual consulting services regarding claim management and defect resolution in the contractual relationship with the general contractor. The technical consultant acts as quality assurance for the contractually agreed services and qualities of the planning and execution phases until handover to users, commissioning, and acceptance by the general contractor. This includes defect management, communication with the general contractor during realization until all acceptance defects are resolved, and communication with representatives of the client (GMH), project control, project management, and appointed specialist planners (e.g., artistic overall management of LPH 8) of the building owner (SBH). The currently valid HOAI applies additionally for plan review and object supervision as quality assurance for service phase 8; further items as per the tender documents.
