Project management services for the heritage-listed renovation and extension of the Brücke-Museum: The client's delegated services are detailed in the appendix to §§ 5, 6 of the contract and are based on the scope of services defined by AHO. Services, including associated ancillary costs, are called off in stages according to the respective service sections as per clause 4 of the contract. A key task is comprehensive support for the procurement of general planning services within a one-stage VgV procedure following a design competition, as the general planner has not yet been selected.
