Public relations services for the Senate Department for Urban Development, Building and Housing: Development and implementation of information and communication measures using the Corporate Design of the State of Berlin. This includes support for adapting the communication concept, conception, design, commissioning, and quality assurance of print orders (flyers, brochures, posters, advertisements), design of digital products (sharepics, banners, PDF documents, presentations, online advertisements), website design and creation for special projects/campaigns, design of infographics (online/offline), conception and production of AV media (films, podcasts), design and production of animations (online/offline, AI application), media planning (OOH, online, social media), placement of advertisements and booking of advertising spaces (street, public transport, social media), conception, design, and procurement of promotional materials/giveaways, event concepts (with/without execution), trade fair concepts (with/without execution, procurement of trade fair equipment/elements), image acquisition including clarification of usage rights (stock images, moving images), conception, organization, and implementation of communication measures for campaigns and employee recruitment. Concepts and graphic services must be provided in-house; implementation/production may be done by subcontractors, requiring three offers. For foreign language products, cooperation with a SenStadt-commissioned translation agency is required. Measures must be checked for legal admissibility and feasibility according to EU-DSGVO and BlnDSG. Unlimited temporal and spatial usage rights for PR products must be transferred to SenStadt. The framework agreement has a duration of 2 years with the option for two extensions of one year each, for a maximum total duration of four years. The estimated contract volume is approximately 1,200,000.00 EUR net per year, with an estimated total value of up to 4,800,000.00 EUR net. There is no obligation to purchase or guarantee a minimum volume; the contracting authority may also award services elsewhere. The planning and working language is German.
