Planning services for the construction of Alytus City Library: Preparation of the technical working project, including project proposals with building permit, technical working project, and project execution supervision. Services are to be performed using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and involve developing urbanistic, architectural, and spatial planning solutions for a modern library building. Detailed tasks are described in the "Technical Design Task" appendix. The bidder with the first-place project proposal will be invited for the service contract award.
