Project competition for the reconstruction of Utena City Multifunctional Sports Complex
Project competition for selecting the best architectural idea for the reconstruction of the Utena City Multifunctional Sports Complex, considering urban, architectural, and functional aspects. Prize money will be awarded for places 1 to 3: 6,000 Eur (1st place), 4,000 Eur (2nd place), and 3,000 Eur (3rd place). This competition does not lead directly to a contract. The first-place winner will be invited to a separate procurement procedure for design services, which include project proposals, technical working project, obtaining building permits, preparation of working project parts, and supervision of the building project execution. The cost for these design services must not exceed 181,500.00 Eur (incl. VAT) or 150,000.00 Eur (excl. VAT).
