Cursory and in-depth review of grant usage certificates for subsidies according to §§ 23, 44 BHO from various non-construction funding programs: It must be verified whether the usage certificates comply with the requirements of the grant notices and if the subsidies were used for their intended purpose. The review covers the administrative examination of the usage certificates; the technical review of the grant purpose is conducted by the client. The subsidies are project grants as non-repayable grants, predominantly as partial financing, occasionally also as fixed-amount, full financing, or cost-based. A guideline and sample review documents are included in the tender documents.
