Reconstruction of the Tax Office Building in Krosno for Energy Efficiency Improvement

Notice title: Przebudowa budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Krośnie w ramach zadania: „Przebudowa w celu poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Krośnie przy ul. Składowej 5”.

Construction works for the reconstruction of the Tax Office building in Krosno: Reconstruction of the existing building according to building permit No. 114/2024 dated 15.07.2024, demolition of the central heating chimney on plot No. 383/7 according to demolition permit No. 113/2024 dated 15.07.2024, based on documentation by Karol Bulanda. The scope of services includes, under eligible funds: external wall insulation, insulation of ventilated and solid flat roofs, insulation of external walls at ground level, moisture insulation, dismantling and installation of new window and door joinery in "warm installation" system according to audit guidelines, installation of window opening sensors, construction of mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, installation of a ventilation unit on the roof, construction of a BMS system, reconstruction of the boiler room (dismantling of old boilers and installation, installation of new gas-fired condensing boilers with accessories and flue gas discharge system), installation of a new central heating system with insulated pipes and installation of new radiators equipped with thermostatic valves, dismantling of existing air conditioning components, installation of an air conditioning system with an outdoor unit on the roof, modernization of lighting (replacement of luminaires with LED luminaires and replacement of wiring), installation of a photovoltaic system, new roof covering (asphalt felt), accompanying finishing works (painting, plastering, restoration to original condition), external works (dismantling, demolition, reassembly), installation and restoration of the lightning protection system, chimney demolition, reinforced concrete structure and restoration of the retaining wall, installation of stainless steel railings, installation of gutters and downpipes, installation of ventilation grilles. Under non-eligible funds: installation of safety anchors on the roof.
