Renovation of the Tax Office Building in Tarnobrzeg for Energy Efficiency Improvement

Construction works for the renovation of the Tax Office building in Tarnobrzeg, Wyspiańskiego Street 12: building wall insulation, waterproofing of foundation walls, dismantling of existing window frames and door hardware, installation of new door hardware according to audit guidelines, installation of new window frames including window opening sensors, external sills, and external railings, construction of a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, installation of a ventilation unit on the roof, modernization of the central heating system (replacement of the entire system, installation of insulation valves and other required devices, installation of thermostatic valves, delivery and installation of an automation system for optimal efficiency control), construction of a BMS system, dismantling of existing air conditioning components (outdoor and indoor units, wiring), installation of the air conditioning system, installation of the outdoor unit on the roof, modernization of lighting (including replacement of luminaires with LED luminaires and replacement of wiring), installation of a photovoltaic system (panel installation on the roof) including energy storage, construction works based on fire safety expertise and orders from the Voivodeship Fire Commander, roof renovation, renovation of the side and main canopy of the building, restoration of surfaces around the building related to the bumper strip around the building, external works (demolition, dismantling, and reassembly of elements on the facade), ancillary finishing works (painting, plastering, cladding, i.e., restoration to original condition), installation of door closers in selected interior doors, lightning protection system, installation of safety points on chimneys.
