Reconstruction of an athletics stadium at ul. Sulechowska in Zielona Góra: The project is implemented under a "design and build" formula and includes the preparation of design documentation, pre-design work, obtaining required decisions, agreements, opinions, and permits, as well as the organization of the construction site, provision of all services and supplies, and execution of construction works based on the developed design documentation. The athletics stadium must meet the requirements of the PZLA (Polish Athletics Association) for Category III facilities and obtain a PZLA certificate. The natural grass football pitch within the main arena must meet PZPN (Polish Football Association) requirements for 2nd league clubs, with elements for 1st league clubs as specified in the Functional-Utility Program (PFU), and obtain a PZPN 2nd league license. The contractor must ensure that the football pitch infrastructure can be adapted for 1st league requirements in a separate investment task, without requiring subsequent demolition, dismantling, or reconstruction of stadium structures.
