Renovation, Extension, and Addition of Building 2 with Connector for Cardiology and Internal Medicine Clinic (Design & Build) – Phase I: Construction of Connector

Renovation, extension, and addition of Building 2 with a connector for the Cardiology Clinic and Internal Medicine Clinic in a Design & Build system, Phase I: Construction of the connector. Execution is exclusively in 3D modular steel construction. Finishing of the MRI laboratories on the basement floor (-1) is the responsibility of the equipment and apparatus supplier, while finishing of the angiography laboratories on the second floor is the responsibility of the contractor. The scope includes the development of project documentation. A warranty period of at least 36 months, but not exceeding 60 months, must be offered. Physical workers must be employed by the contractor and subcontractors under an employment contract; further items as per the tender documents.
