Plastering works for municipal properties

Plastering works as framework agreement services for regularly recurring maintenance on municipal properties in Lutherstadt Wittenberg and its districts Apoellensdorf, Pratau, Seegrehna, Reinsdorf, Griebo, Mochau, Thießen, Straach, Boßdorf, Kropstädt, Schmilkendorf, Nudersdorf, Abtsdorf, and Euper. Properties include schools, kindergartens, fire departments, administrative buildings, youth and senior facilities, residential and commercial buildings, and sports facilities. Billing is based on STLB-BauZ 650. Contract duration: January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, with an annual extension option if not terminated six months prior to expiry. Maximum total duration until December 31, 2029. Estimated contract volumes are experience values and may vary significantly; there is no claim to commissioning.
