Qualification panel for the supply, installation, and annual maintenance of electric vehicle chargers for buses: Creation of a qualification panel for turnkey solutions for charging infrastructure for future electric buses, including project management, associated electrical and civil works, installation and commissioning of transformers, chargers, and charging points, back-office support protocols, and training of Bus Éireann staff. The scope also includes energy storage systems or other sustainable backup systems in case of grid power loss, and the provision of these services and products on a novated basis to a lead contractor for larger depot construction projects. A comprehensive service and maintenance support package for not less than 5 years is required. The complete turnkey solution must comply with relevant Irish and European statutory regulations and international standards and will be based on the following charger types: 150kW IEC 61851 Mode 4 Direct Current with CCS 2.0 Combo 2; 3-phase DC EV Chargers 120kW – 180kW IEC 61851 Mode 4 with dual outlet and CCS 2.0 Combo 2; 3-phase DC EV Chargers 30kW – 60kW IEC 61851 Mode 4 with CCS 2.0 Combo 2; 3-phase AC EV Chargers 22kW IEC 61851 Mode 3 with dual outlet and Type 2 to Type 2 cable; 1-phase AC EV Chargers 22kW IEC 61851 Mode 3 with dual outlet and Type 2 to Type 2 cable; 1-phase AC EV Chargers 7kW IEC 61851 Mode 3 with Type 2 to Type 2 cable.
