Qualification System for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation and Maintenance Services for the Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve

Engineering, procurement, and construction services for the completion of infrastructure assets, including a marine jetty structure approximately 300 meters long in the Shannon Estuary at a water depth of approximately 15 to 20 meters, suitable for an FSRU and an LNG Carrier, marine piling, a floating pontoon, mooring and breasting dolphins, fenders, a trestle, HP gas unloading, transfer hose and connection systems, an onshore gas receiving facility with a throughput of a maximum of 121 GWh/day and a maximum operating pressure of 85 barg, utility systems for WI correction, a metering system, an odourisation system, a venting system, pipeline and pig traps, a high-pressure gas grid connection pipeline 600 mm in diameter and approximately 900 meters in length, a connection to the existing natural gas network, utility connections for power, water, and telecom, integration with the FSRU, onshore terminal systems, pre-commissioning and commissioning services, and the management of nominated subcontractors for the EPC period to ensure Lot 1 works meet service output requirements, along with a subsequent three-year operation and maintenance period from completion of commissioning.
